Racegoers Club Annual General Meeting 25.11.16 at 11am

We are holding our 2016 AGM at Doncaster racecourse on Friday 25th November. All members are invited to attend and this is a Free Raceday (included in your voucher book). Gates open at 10.30am and the meeting will start at 11am, it will be held in boxes 109/10 in the Leger Stand. During the meeting we will, amongst other items for discussion, formally adopt the accounts for last year and appoint our independent auditors for 2016. The minutes of the Club's Committee Meetings will also be available to view.
